Can I track my in-home delivery order?
Order Tracking is now available online for some of our store locations including some of our online orders. Our respective store team will reach out and inform on the delivery date.
Do you offer replacement parts?
For most products, we do offer replacement parts. When contacting Customer Care, please have item number and invoice number available so they can better serve you. You can find the item number on your emailed order confirmation or invoice.
Are fabric and leather swatches available?
Visit your local store to see fabric/Leather in more detail. Since every store carries a unique selection, we recommend calling the store to see if they carry the product you would like to see.
Do you offer help with assembly after purchase?
For most items requiring assembly, we provide free services for installation with the product.
I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?
At the time of delivery, our store persons will be doing the assembly.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we do offer customization based on the customer’s requirements. However, custom orders can only be processed in-store and are not available online.
What is the estimated time for a delivery?
For in-stock products, delivery is typically completed within 48 hours.
For pre-booking items, the delivery timeline depends on the scheduled arrival of the container. You can contact us or visit the nearest store to get the estimated delivery date for your specific pre-booking order.
What is the warranty period?
All our products come with a 1-year warranty period.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
Staining, soiling, accidental spills, tears, or burns in the fabric or foam
Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
Issues related to mattress covers, zippers, or unauthorized repairs during the warranty period
Other Important Terms:
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser with the original invoice.
A normal change in softness over time is considered natural wear and does not affect the performance or comfort of the mattress.
If the mattress is found to be in an unhygienic condition, Dash Square reserves the right to deny inspection and warranty claims.
